Responsibilities:
Handle and follow up the priority customer’s complaint by phone
Maintain good relationship with customer database, especially member
Managing a team of call center agents, increasing performance and team capabilities
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree in any field
Have experience min. 1 year as Call Center Team Leader
Willing to work in shift time and also on public holiday
