SERVICE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

Interface to customers and business partners in Indonesia market
Promote NR products and solution through visits, demonstrations, and telephone contact with local customer
Prepare the bidding document and follow up the bidding process
Preparation and audit of the quotation and cost estimates
Support and assist to Managing Director and Chief Officer for marketing strategy and customer analysis, and business development plan
Coordination and cooperation with the service engineer manager for the customer satisfaction
Risk analysis, risk management and reporting service for compliance with budget and economy forecast

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years working experience and 1 year of sales experience for electric power products and system
Fluent in English speaking and writing
Technical background with good understanding of protection, control and automation products for power system
Presentation and facilitation techniques
Support to technical service manager for the customer satisfaction
Flexibility and willingness to work as a team member
Knowledge of MS Office standard applications, as well as advanced knowledge of MS Project and MS Visio
