Job Description
This program is spesific aimed to project trainee to the position of Sales Supervisor at Astra International – Daihatsu Sales Operation in one year.
– Sales Supervisor is responsible lead sales team to achieve targets.
– In one year, trainee will participate on the job training as sales executive for the first term and as acting sales supervisor for the second term.
– Trainee also will join in class training and assigned an improvement project.

Requirements
– Bachelor degree in All Major or equivalent with minimum GPA of 3.00
– Ambitious, high eagerness to learn
– Excellent communication skill
– Enjoy working in field environment
– Having good direct selling skill
– Having passion in Automotive industry
– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
– Willing to be placed in all region
