Grow sales and profitability, mainly through existing customers
Develop intimate knowledge of customer, to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Manage contracts and customer satisfaction, to optimize revenue and reduce threats.
Responsibilities
Develop a trusted relationship with existing customers & monitor their satisfaction
Have a broad understanding of customers’ processes. Know how AL solutions fit in these processes.
Contribute to AL market intelligence thanks to high quality interaction with customers
Capture and share knowledge about economical, regulatory matters, and industrial development plans in the sales territory.
Analyze customers portfolio & manage contracts to generate growth and profitability.
Identify customer’s new business challenges, that AL may resolve thus creating additional value for both parties

Specific requirements (general requirements as shown far below)
Having at least 5 years working at chemical or oil & gas company with similar capacity
Metallurgy Engineer from a recognized university.
Having goods business skills and knowledge obtained from practical experience
High level of communication and negotiation skills
General Requirements :
Willing to travel extensively
Willing to relocation as required
Speak and write English well
Computer literate
