CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
Provide customers with friendly and professional communication for each transaction and enquiry
Identify and act on selling opportunities to retain revenue, whilst providing suitable solutions to customers’ requirements
Contact customers when service issues may affect delivery commitments and understands customer needs in order to recommend appropriate solutions
Sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and managing customer service operators and staff
Working with internal clients within the Inspire family to identify, design, and execute a customer service and support plan that meets the needs of each business
Working with internal clients within the Inspire family to provide ongoing product and customer service training to call customer service operators and staff
Managing all aspects of the Customer Service Call Center to ensure smooth operations and fulfillment of internal client requirements
Handling directly more complex customer service issues, inquiries, and complaints
Meeting individual and overall Customer Service Call Center KPI targets set quarterly and annually by Senior Management
Qualifications
Strong interest in working in a dynamic start-up company environment
Strong interest in working in a customer service and support environment
Minimum 2 years prior experience in a customer support or call center management role
Excellent management, communication, and customer interpersonal skills
Fluent in Bahasa with good English language skills
