Customer Service Engineer – Mapal Indonesia – DKI Jakarta

Responsibilities:

He / she will be the main link between the Sales Team and MAPAL Manufacturing sites and standard tooling suppliers.
Follow the systematic and structure inside the sales organization (reporting, presentations etc.).
Check for completeness of enquiries from Sales Team.
Prepare tool sketch on Bricks Cad or AutoCAD.
Organise customer’s enquiry from Sales Team before sending out enquiry to MAPAL Manufacturing Site or standard tooling supplier.
Follow up the enquiries with MAPAL Manufacturing Sites.
Preparing Quotation and Customer Order Processing
Have an understanding of the Tooling Product Range and applications.
Assist the Sales Engineer – Tooling in the task of providing superior service and building customer relationships within the Indonesia market.
Determining product availability and lead times for customer order enquiries.
Provide information as requested by Managing Director – Indonesia, Sales Manager ASEAN-PACIFIC and Sales Engineer.

Requirements:

Male / Female , Max 35 yeras
A bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering from reputable university
A minimum of 4 years experiences
This role requires accuracy with figures, acourteous telephone manner and the ability to liaise with Sales Engineers, Customers and Suppliers. Courtesy and patience on the telephone are mandatory prerequisites for this
Ideally,havingcertain degree of connection with the industry especially automotive industries.
Fluency in English is prerequisites
