Learning and Development Manager, Jakarta

On behalf of our client, major global general insurer, Swisslinx is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager for the Jakarta office.

 The Role:

To coordinate and manage a range of training activities in Indonesia office
Conduct sales related and management training to employees
Engage vendors if required for training activities
Compile and develop training materials
Provide advice on the learning and development plans for the employees

Requirements

Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English
Experienced in training within the insurance market
Ability to plan and coordinate activities
Ex-sales experience

This role is open to sales managers in Insurance looking to move into training.
