Conduct performance assessment activities and administration of the implementation of career development employees congruent programs and work plan
General Requirement :
Male / Female, Max. 28 years old
Bachelor Degree from Human Resource Management or related
Good command of English both written and spoken is a must
Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. PowerPoint
Having trustworthy, precise, self motivated, teamwork, hardworking, interpersonal skill, communication skill, fast learner, proactive, multi-tasking and self initiative
Having ability in managing time efficiently and mature
Willing to travel and to be assigned anywhere in Indonesia
Having experience in Career Development min. 1 years
