Job Description:
Managing the Health Business Unit, with the products are the Group Medical and Bancassurance Individual Product.
Manage daily interaction with health partners, such as; TPAs, Providers and underwriters, develop products and business processes.
Develop the concept of Health Business strategy and managing the operational of Health Program to assist marketing and sales team to penetrate the potential market.
Managing relations with private and public sector providers and suppliers within define rate negotiation and cooperation for health services planning and evaluation.
Develop health programs with effective customer care that will serve members of Health Insurance program with an efficient call center to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide progress report of Health Business activities to BOD to ensure preventive measures are taken in accordance with the company’s goals on monthly basis.
Identify the problems and work for solutions in terms of work policies and products.
Grooming and develop team for career development.
Requirements:
Female/Male, max 45 years old.
Minimum University Graduates preferably from Master Degree from any discipline.
Minimum experience 5 years in sales at Insurance Company (General/Life).
Minimum experience 3 years in the same managerial positions for national business-wide.
Having strong knowledge in Health business development, Health business plan, Health business concepts and principles of Health provider business ethics and to develop corporate social in the fields of Health Business Program.
Able to promote, implement and drive key strategic business initiatives for the Health Business Program, specifically utilizing internal sales, marketing and operational resources to maximize productivity and efficiencies.
Proven managing Health Business, and operations skills and demonstrate the ability to engage in conceptual selling.
Having Extensive knowledge of Health Insurance products advanced level, sales concepts, and Health insurance company operations.
A strong leadership (managerial skills) and Managing people with a winning and influential personality.
Dynamic presentation skills and the ability to influence customer and producer behaviors
Proven time management and organizational skills.
Strong written and oral communication/negotiation skills.
Proficient in English both oral & written.
Comfortable with 70% of 30% travel.
Professional acumen & appearance.
