SENIOR MERCHANDISER

Job Desecription :

Garment costing and analysis
Handling price quotations & Negotiations with fabric an trims suppliers
Identifying new sources of raw materials Value adding services& Vendors
Monitoring trims and fabric purchases
Closely monitor final approvals of styling, fabric and trims prior to production
Review and prompt action based on utilization reports of purchases & shipped goods
Follow L/C openings, shipment bookings & vessel schedules
Delegating, Motivating and Guiding team members
Create and Monitor time & action calendars and it’s fulfillment
Analyzing and control cost/pc and saving calculations based on wages details and productivity.
T&A maintained well to support production team
Coordinating and monitoring subcon team for subcon production plan and delivery
Motivating team members and trouble shoot their issues to execute the orders on time

 General Qualification :

Min. S1, between 35 years Female
Minimum experience 10 years in garment industry
Excellent ability to communicate and interact with people at various levels.
Able to work under pressure.
Strong leadership and communication skill.
Good interpersonal relationship skills with good team work attitude.
Good healthy, performance and personal computer skills.
Good communication skills in English both oral & written.
To be placed at Kawasan Berikat Nusantara ( KBN ) – Cakung  Jakarta.
