Qualification:
• Min. Diploma from engineering majors. Those with a mechanical aptitude will be viewed favorably, as will those with previous experience in machine operation or process related work;
• Demonstrate initiative, problem solving skills, and attention to detail with a proven focus on quality outcomes;
• Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment;
• Willing and able to work a rotating, 8 – 12 hour shift;
• Willing and able to work in a hot, humid, and noisy industrial environment;
• Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment;
• Strong desire to learn new things;
• Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (MOJOKERTO).
