Position : Industrial Engineering Manager
Working Location : Nissan Plant Purwakart

Job Description :      

Controlling and monitoring KPI Dept in Manufacturing
Responsible to conduct productivity improvement in term of cost and time
Calculate and monitor DSTR (Design Standard Time Ratio) as plant productivity index
Issue and update DST (Design Standard Time) and Standard Time of new and additional operation process
Calculate and monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) as plant problem
Conduct GK Diagnosis distribution to engineer
Support MFG Dept to conduct Kaizen (continuous improvement)

Requirements:        

Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
Min 2 year experience in the same position (manager level) and related industry field
Male 30-45 years old
Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
Have good analytical thinking, communication skill and can work under pressure
Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written
