Responsibilities
The role will own the responsibility for ensuring that warehouse processes of material receiving, storage, transfer and dispensing packaging/raw material to production/pharmacy remain compliant, are reliable and efficiently performed, and ultimately that the team deliver on their commitments with detail of role of responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is to Warehouse operations at Gandaria.
Maintain effective Warehouse operations, ensuring the highest quality materials/products during the material/product storage, movement, receipt, weighing and shipment to the customer in a safe and compliant work environment, which is achieving efficient in warehouse operations
Ensure to deliver on customer expectations of arranging material transfer to Production/Pharmacy based on the agreed production schedule in associated with executing the master production schedule.
Ensure material/product is stored according to the label claim, and ensure the high accuracy of Inventories (qty, and location) against to our record (E1).
Manage effective material/product transferred between Gandaria with Cimanggis Warehouses, and ensure high product integrity during the transferred.
Maintain Gandaria Warehouses building and facility in good condition, neatness and cleanliness.
Ensure compliance in quality and safety such as submitting CASR, QAR, and CAPA as per committed in warehouse and weighing operations.
Drive team engagement, effective communication, and the development of supervisors within the Warehouse team.
Ensure for the preparation of regulatory, customer and Pfizer global audits for the Warehouse operations.
Continuously monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in Warehouse operations and provide coaching and feedback as required.
Actively coordinate with the teams to ensure the projects (i.e., CIP, Operational Excellence, Innovation projects etc.) in Warehouse are done in the most efficient way.
