Works closely with editors and producers to shape and edit stories, carefully crafting cuts of content, and sharing out.
Understand Indonesian video market trend and audience.
Manage Indonesian team daily operation, and report to overseas headquarter.
Brainstorms and develop new and innovative ideas with the team, elevating the aesthetic quality.
Maintain a steady flow of high quality content for apps and social.

Job requirements
Minimum of 3 years of work experience and understanding of the digital media world
Proficient in English, Chinese language is a plus
Understand the basics of Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.
Strong production and storytelling experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional organizational and time management skills.
