Job Description :
Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results; modify programs as needed; develop effective training curriculum and materials utilizing a variety of media.
Evaluate the current training programs that are in place and the training materials
Identify areas in which training can make an impact on employee performance or can effectively develop skills that will benefit the employee and the company
Teaching the instructors that they supervise how to use the new materials and teach the information to employees
Consider the staff training needs
Provide competency profiling as a benchmark of the competencies needed for required performance
Develop and monitor spending against the training departmental budget
Conduct Yearly Training Need Analysis and create Yearly Training Calendar for all Sales force
Partnering for First Line Manager Coaching
Requirement :
Bachelor degree (S1) in any major with human resource management, education, psychology or business administration is preferable.
Having 3-5 years of teaching equivalent, at least two years of experience in a corporate or business setting, preferably in human resources
Fluent in English
Presentation Skill, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Coaching Skill, Learning Ability, Persuasive Communication, Microsoft Office
Willing to travel around Indonesia
