TRADE SALES MANAGER
Responsible for developing the trade business as a full-fledged business segment in Indonesia – key
responsibilities are delivery of the sales targets through the following: right distribution strategy, tracking of competitive activity, strategic and tactical promotions, and the development of an end-user loyalty
program based on learning from other countries (with localization).
Educational/Professional Qualifications and Experience:
Degree holder with minimum 5 to 10 yrs of direct sales or channel management experience or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
Skills,Knowledge & Personal characteristics:
Able to work well independently and as part of a matrix organization
Highly motivated with strong problem solving ability
Results focused both directly and through others
Good interpersonal skills
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and oral.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Articulate with numbers
Good understanding of paint products, market segmentation and brand positioning with general knowledge of car refinishes market preferred
Strong team player
Proficiency in MS office
