Business Analyst/Change Management Specialist (Code : BACM)

Requirements :

More than 5 years of experience in Telco or IT companies with 3 year as a Business Analyst.
Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including technical writing skills (Bahasa and English)
Good understanding of ITIL, CRM and CMDB applications.
Hands-on experience in business case development.
Strong understanding in business modelling techniques and methods.
