The Strategy Consultant has experience in strategic planning, management consulting, communications, policy, and problem solving. They bring an innovation mindset, lead and support teams, and collaborate with clients in strategic planning. They have a passion for Government missions (e.g., homeland security) and want to contribute to a growing consulting firm. Expanding our strategy practice is a key growth initiative for Arc Aspicio. We are seeking talented and energetic people who demonstrate initiative and skills in conducting research and analysis, strategy solutions, expanding business, and contributing to our unique company culture. Responsibilities
Develop relationships with strategy clients
Perform strategy engagements related to strategic planning, multi-functional organizational analysis, operating model development, stakeholder communications and management, organization design, business case development, performance management, and function-specific strategies (e.g., human capital, technology, etc.)
Support new business related to strategy opportunities, and apply strategy approaches and disciplines to broader Arc Aspicio pursuits
Support the Arc Aspicio Strategy Innovation Lab (SILab) by enhancing and developing methods, accelerators, and tools to serve as best practices in strategy consulting

Required Qualifications
3-4 years of consulting experience, with experience in strategy and policy
Strategy planning experience in a Government environment
Experience in mission analysis, problem solving, and using data to understand an organization
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, particularly in presenting findings and guiding executive decision-making
Leadership and supervisory experience
Team-first, loves supervising people and cares about their growth
Client-focused, passionate for client satisfaction and the mission of Government, including homeland security
Critical Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and interest in working in a fast-growth consulting firm, not just working on one project
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Clearance: US Citizenship required (no dual citizenship) / Ability to qualify for and receive a Federal government security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in homeland security domains (e.g., emergency management, etc.)
Experience in strategy and policy on consulting projects
