In this Role:
, you will be able to work very closely with our Head of GoMerchants, and other functional leaders in creating, developing, and proposing business & organization plans. You will be partnering with our Head of GoMerchants in terms of managing key internal & external stakeholders on behalf of Head of GoMerchants, prioritizing business movement on the on-going OKR through data analysis and on the ground research, also managing relevant projects related to operational business improvement. It is necessary for you to be a highly data-oriented person, knowing that you will be the go-to person for any data & business initiatives from GoMerchants organization. However, you also need to be necessarily flexible, especially managing relationships with people inside & outside organization knowing you will also be a part of your day-to-day experience. Responsibilities
Creating talking points and presentations drafts for investor updates, pitch decks, speeches, conference submissions, and group conversations on behalf of Head of GoMerchants Design and execute an executive communication strategy;
Increasing operational efficiency of our Head of GoMerchants by preparing materials prior to the meetings, keeping the meeting’s schedule on-time, and following up action points;
Communicating project timelines, initiatives, key issues with related parties, especially GoMerchants Project Managers. Also, acting as brainstorming partner with key stakeholders, providing in-depth analysis data and ad-hoc supports.
Working closely with key internal & external stakeholders in managing business related, as needed;
Helping our Head of GoMerchants to prioritize business meetings and arrange the suitable attendees for the meetings;
Partnering with our Head of GoMerchants in reviewing and evaluating organization structure based on current business process and propose new strategy in organization development, culture, and human resources competencies;
Managing several important initiatives & special projects on behalf of our Head of GoMerchant, to define and provide the most updated research on GoMerchants business opportunities;
Providing the most relevant facts/market studies/analysis to support our Head of GoMerchants in making decisions.
Requirements
Experience in investment banking or consulting firm, or FMCG, or multinational company, especially within Strategy role;
Ability to do In-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis projects (Market Research, Product Research, or Data Crunching);
Have experience working with statistical software (e.g., R, Python) and database languages (e.g., SQL, Tableau);
Experience in doing Product Management and Financial Modelling;
At least 4 years of working experience in a similar role.
