Qualification:
Male, Age max 35 Years
Education Background Bachelor degree in Law / Psychology / Human Resources Management
Having positioned the same experience min 3 years
Having an understanding and the ability to create and apply HR systems
Knowledge of compensation and benefits and classification systems, able to calculate salary
Ability to work independently or in a team
Have spirited leadership and able to think strategically
Being able to manage the process of labor disputes in accordance with the labor laws
Experienced and master training, recruiting, HR programs
Ability to communicate effectively, reliable in negotiations
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Good looking, good interpersonal, communicative and self-motivated
Able for Flexible Working Hour
