Requirements:

Male/Female, max 30 years old
Min Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
Fluent English communication and written
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Discipline and able to work in tight deadline
Quick learner & self-motivated
Have a good interpersonal and communication skill
Please know that you’ll be working in a fast paced and high-pressured environment, you may have to work on the weekends and holidays on event days.
