Position Purpose:
Be a part of the fastest growing eCommerce-enabler for brands in Asia. This role is to lead & grow the e-marketplace enabler business for global brands in Indonesia & to support with business development.
The Ideal Candidate will…
Develop and grow the eCommerce marketplace business for strategic brand partners in Indonesia
Build Luxasia’s eCommerce service provider business on the key Indonesian marketplaces
Drive the commercial strategy for the brand partners on online marketplaces
Contract and term negotiation with brand partners; business development to acquire new business
Strong project management & coordination between internal teams, brand partners and platforms
Budgeting and business planning with clients
End-to-end P&L management and investment planning
Set-up the regional blue-print for conceptualizing, budgeting and executing marketing campaigns
Building the optimal traffic, onsite marketing, promotion and assortment strategy
Demand planning & inventory planning with brand partners
Build up and lead a team over time as business grows
Building relationships with principals, brand management teams and marketplaces
Developing operational processes and tools to improve scalability
Ability to think outside the box and test run new projects
The Ideal Candidate Should possess…
Experience:
eCommerce/retail (minimum 5 years) – e-marketplace experience preferred
Business development experience
Project management
Negotiation & strategy experience preferred
Campaign planning & marketing
Client management
Digital/social marketing experience is a bonus
Education:
Bachelor of Business or Marketing or Statistics from a Top Tier school

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in negotiation tactics & ability to influence
Experience in eCommerce processes including marketing & operations
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Confidence & a go-getter attitude
