Job Description :

Help establish fleet sales management strategy includes setting goals, providing sales support and training, creating or updating the sales strategy, and monitoring results
Accomplish these objectives through planning, organizing, coordinating, and measuring the activities of fleet sales department
Help set-up appropriate fleet sales processes and procedures within Nissan Motor Distributor Indonesia and its dealer network to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant way of conducting fleet business
Establish long lasting relationship with fleet business partners
Enlarge Nissan fleet sales (including spare-part and service) business in Indonesia

Requirement :

Bachelor degree from reputable university, any major with GPA min 3.00
Has min. 5 years experience in related fields
Have good analitical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, more on accuracy, and good perspective
Has good interpersonal skill, Communication skill, and able to work in team
Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written)
Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, and hard working
Have big interest in automotive
