Head of Finance Job Duties include:
Assist in budgetary planning and tracking for the group
Take responsibility for group’s cash management policies and monitor cash flow, accounts and financial transactions
Ensure that all of the group’s financial practices are in line with respective country’s statutory regulations and legislation
Interpret complex financial information and provide analysis, updates and information as needed
Coordinate, analyse and report the financial performance to Management
Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties
Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms
Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, etc.
Prepare financial reports on a monthly and annual basis
Highlight and propose methods to minimise financial risk
Contract accounting and auditing services to ensure financial reporting and monitoring is up-to-date
Update and implement financial policies and procedures as well as maintain a policy manual for the finance department
Lead, train and develop finance employees.

Head of Finance Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced degree and/or qualification in accounting, business, finance; several years of experience in finance responsibilities in a regional role; leadership skills; integrity and honesty; understanding of data privacy standards; exceptional communication skills; thorough understanding of business principles and practices; superior attention to detail; planning and problem-solving skills; analytical skills. Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online.
