Responsibilities:
•End-to-end talent acquisition from managing talent acquisition strategies to onboarding of candidates.
•Leading and scaling up our recruitment division.
•Plan and implement talent acquisition strategy for high volume recruitment and quick fulfillment.
•Manage and implement best sourcing methods for key leadership positions.
•Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, and sourcing methodologies.
Qualifications:
•BA/BS degree in HR management, psychology or equivalent major from reputable universities.
•Fluent in both written and spoken English a must.
•At least 4 years experience handling end-to-end talent acquisition with two years proven experience in leading a team.
•Have broad professional networks.
•Proficiency in Excel.
•Ability to independently run, is a critical thinker and a problem-solver.
