Senior Business Development Manager

Requirements:

Male/Female, with minimum age of 35 years old as of April 2015.
Minimum education of an undergraduate degree (S1) and preferably a Postgraduate or Master Degree (S2) majoring in Financial Management is a must.
At least 10 years of outstanding experience as Business Development Manager in Construction, EPC, Property or any similar industry.
Creativity in technical problem solving and business development strategies.
Highly motivated and able to develop relationships with co-workers, management and clients or owner in construction, EPC, Property or any similar industry.
Positive team attitude and ability to collaborate with others to incorporate and enhance technical capital outside area of primary expertise.
High achievement drive, result oriented achieving results through collaboration.
Presistent, strong initiative and teamwork.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated good communication skills.
Strong leadership skill and also good team member.
