Role Description:
Manage multiple projects / clients.
Liaison between internal team and clients.
Manage and provide quality checking for all files as assigned.
Build and maintain strong relationship with vendors, talents and freelancers.
Capabilities and Skills:
Have at least a year of experiencing administrative area.
Experience in word and excel is required
Be able to communicate clearly and professionally (written and verbal) in English as internally and with clients in a timely manner.
Highly motivated individual who works comfortably and autonomously in fast-paced environments while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Analyze and oversee the costs and rates (P&L) for the clients
Extremely detail-oriented

Project management.

Schedule management.
Quality management.
Communicate regularly with vendors, talents and freelancers

To ensure daily, weekly and monthly projects are assigned and seen to completion accordingly.
