Key Accountability Areas

Manage product from ideation stage to production, including manufacturing buy off, costing & scheduling
Collaborate with internal & external partners in managing product
Provide timely and accurate cost for first cost submission up to executive approval in headquarters
Submit FPR (Final Product Review) commitment package (cost summary, softgood models, new plastic models, tool plan)
Provide FPR (Final Product Review) definition to the plant product development team, includes final packout photo, packaging concept, softgoods models, new plastic models, and launch avail schedule
Conduct product evaluation during piloting and prescribe troubleshooting whenever necessary
Act as product manager in a team of peer colleagues, to deliver clean hand over to production

Requirements

Bachelor  Degree (S1), majoring in Engineering with GPA > 3.00
Fresh graduate or minimum 1 years experience in manufacturing plant in the same position
Basic knowledge on production process, general maintenance equipment & safety will be an advantage
Advance level on product development knowledge will be an advantage
Proactive, open minded, problem solver, and team player
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written english
