The role and responsibilities:-
Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia
Minimum 1 year working experience.
Strong commitment to customer service.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
Self-‐motivated and independent.
Able to prioritize to work within deadlines and withstand pressure with grace.
Able to travel.
Enjoy working with premium brands and understands importance of delivery of premium finished products.
Good command of English
Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
Key Activities:
Communicate & coordinate with HQ in Singapore and clients in Indonesia
Provide support to projects to Indonesia.
Timely & precise report and update.
Attend to problems and provide solutions.
Manage suppliers and contractors.
Conduct site assessment and job briefing to suppliers.
Prior experience in advertising/event/ visual merchandising advantageous.
Able to start work immediately.
Highly independent with strong sense of urgency is top pre-requisite.
Interested candidate will need to commute frequently within Indonesian and occasionally to other province and Singapore. It is advantageous if you possess your own transport.
