Program Manager – South East Asia One Health University Network

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or International Development; or at least 10 years work experience in international projects.
Demonstrated ability to analyze program requirements and contribute the development of regional work plans and budgets.
Flexible, willing to perform assigned and additional duties and work irregular hours under unpredictable conditions.
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to manage a diverse range of professional relationships.
Has strong mentoring and training skills.
Knowledge of USAID rules and regulations is preferred.
English language fluency required. Thai language fluency preferred.

The Finance Officer will manage all financial transactions related to the SEAOHUN Regional Operations.

Qualifications:
University degree in accounting, finance, business administration or relevant field.
5 years of experience in an accountant role, overseeing project finance and accounting
Systems and office administration experience required;
Budgeting; financial management and procurement
Flexible, willing to perform assigned and additional duties as required;
Ability to work irregular hours under unpredictable conditions
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to manage a diverse range of professional relationships;
Knowledge of USAID policies and procedures preferred
English language fluency required. Thai language fluency preferred.

The Administrative Officer assists the Program Manager and provides support in all aspects of administration, logistics, procurement, and human resources.

Qualifications:
MBA/MA/MS with 5-7 years of progressive work experience; or BA/BS with 7-9 years working experience in managing an administrative function, with adequate exposure to project accounting, financial management including budgeting, and contracts.
Working knowledge of USAID rules and regulation on procurement preferred. Experience working with an international organization or INGO will be an added advantage.
Experience with financial and administrative management training and capacity building preferred.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work well under pressure.
A proven ability to be highly organized and self-managing, including a demonstrated capacity to establish work priorities and accept responsibility.
Excellent relationship management skills and strong interpersonal skills.
A high level of computer competency, including the ability to use databases.
Business proficiency in written and spoken English.
English language fluency required. Thai language fluency preferred.
