We are looking for someone to supervise the production of consumer electronics for our client to fill in position Production Supervisor. You will need to ensure that productivity is high by showing good leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

–  Accomplish production results by communicating job expectations to the workfloor and by continually monitoring the progress;

– Coach, counsel and discipline employees – encourage employees to work together, perform well and follow procedures;

– Execute production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, and resolving problems;

– Develop the quality of the products by establishing, developing and enforcing organization standards for quality in production;

– Maintain a safe and clean working environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment and resources;

– Contribute to team efforts in production by accomplishing related results under your leadership.
 
Requirements:

– Living in Riau Islands province, preferably in Batam;

– Diploma (D3) or Degree (S1) in any field – preferably in Engineering or related discipline;

– Fresh graduate are welcome;

– Any experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage;

– Good understanding of the SAP system and related particulars is beneficial;

– Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision;

– Good leadership and communication skills, able to communicate in English.
