Product Marketing Manager – Glints – Jakarta

You will be a strategic manager who drives the demand generation for our business (B2B). This role will work closely with other marketing leaders in the growth team & build a strong demand marketing team!

Your day-to-day activities
A. Inbound Lead generation
Drive inbound lead engine through content marketing, event marketing & digital marketing
Optimize customer user journey for upselling strategy
B. Conversion rate optimization:
Monitor conversion funnel across various entry points, as well as the relevant leading and lagging business and marketing indicators;
Provide customer advocacy and identify customer experience improvement opportunities
C. Market share
Identify needs (product/service offering and marketing levers) to address segment’s needs;
Collaborate with Product team for providing customer segmentation understanding, customer and market insights in their product’s / feature’s development cycle;
Identify the product-market fit for the targeted segment
D. Support the cost-of revenue management:
Collaborate with various team (Business, Sales, Data, and Product) in identifying and delivering the levers needed for costs-savings or increasing the revenue margin while achieving the top-line growth;
Manage the promo strategy, planning, and execution;
Collaborate with Product and Marketing (Supply) Team to provide the best match based on the demand;
Collaborate with Account Management team for increasing CLV through loyalty programs and CRM campaigns
E. Team Management:
Accountable for operational day-to-day work allocation and managing the team’s performance;
Grow and build the product marketing & marketing team to drive demand generation;
Set and monitor key KPIs both on the team level, and individual level.

Qualifications (Must Have)
4+ years of relevant working experience
Passion in data-driven marketing and creating growth
Uniquely creative, strategic, and operational marketer.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude (be the person you would want to work with)
A real people-person, someone who can make conversation with and build a relationship with anyone, anywhere
Experience in inbound lead generation for B2B

Qualifications (Good Have)
Have experience from top tier management consulting
High-level proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics
Experience in leading a marketing team

What this role is NOT:
Individual Contributor role
There’s a lot to do and its unlikely that you can do everything yourself
You need to be/become a strong leader who can lead a strong demand marketing team to achieve the goals
