Job description:
Responsible for marketing and promotional activities for ZEISS Surgical Products (consumables and medical equipments)
Provide product and application related support to Customers in the region
Provide technical sales assistance in presentation and product configuration selection (inclusive of software and hardware recommendations)
Support users in the Operating Room on the use of our equipments and provide first level technical support
Liaising effectively with team members, distributors and support staff for product demonstrations, trainings, seminars and workshops
Provide follow-up support to customers after equipment installation
Conduct product training, presentations and relevant marketing activities for prospective customers and sales staff
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or Industrial Engineering
At least 3 to 4 years working experience, preferably in the medical equipment industry
Application-focused with excellent team and interpersonal skills
Strong customer focus and excellent presentation skills
Good command of spoken and written English
Willing to travel frequently
Possess a car will be an advantage
