Objectives :
Develop and share bulk market knowledge, at country level (supply & demand per region)
Assess competitiveness of AL Bulk solutions versus that of competitors’ solution.
Assist the bulk supply chain team to ensure a continuity of supply to customers and compliance of bulk operations and products with regulatory/contractual specifications and IMS requirements.
Enhance overall profitability of Bulk in the country, through optimization initiatives implemented in coordination with the bulk supply chain team.
Responsibilities
Develop & maintain a strong understanding of the bulk market.
Conduct regular market analysis to keep up with bulk consuming industries news, includes trends in main basins & new basins projects.
Design & implement a standard bulk offer & pricing policy
Elaborate a standard bulk offer including service level options and associated pricing
Provide a contractual framework with appropriate terms and conditions for bulk business, including price variation mechanisms and flexibility.
Ensure compliance with regulatory/contractual specifications & IMS.
Contribute to bulk sourcing optimization & investment projects.
Assist the Supply Chain team in the management of Bulk supply disruptions, force majeure events and urgent supply issue.
Enhance awareness of bulk products profitability lever within bulk scheduling and sales teams, while making no compromise on safety.
Perform regular audits of Bulk contracts and invoices to check compliance with frame agreement.
Analytical skills – ability to make sense of market data

Ability to build fruitful relationships with colleagues from various departments.
Respect for others’ constraints and willingness to get to the bottom of operational, technical or commercial issues to co-create cost effective solutions to bulk related
Specific requirements (general requirements as shown far below)
Having at least 5 years working at chemical or oil & gas company with similar capacity
Chemical or Mechanical Engineer from a recognized university.
Having goods business skills and knowledge obtained from practical experience
High level of communication and negotiation skills
General Requirements :
Willing to travel extensively
Willing to relocation as required
Speak and write English well
Computer literate
