PPIC MANAGER

Responsibilities

Lead teams responsible for shop scheduling and planning/control, including warehouse and inventory management.
Develop master schedule and capacity plans for all areas of the manufacturing shop.
Drive an effective Sales & Operations Planning process.
Supervise the activities of employees relating to the ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping of materials,
Drive measurable improvement in on-time delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Has minimum 8 years’ experience of Production plan control, material management and inventory control and 2 years in managerial level.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with leadership quality.
Having strong analytical/statistical skill
Good in MS office (excellent in Excel), SAP experience is advantage.
Good communication in English, verbal & written
Strong initiatives, problem solving, able to set the priorities, and complete the task independently.
