FUNCTION:

To ensures all department heads are up to date on overall schedule
To ensures target schedule for raw material delivery, production, and finished goods delivery
To ensures that product is produced according to the quantity and specification
To ensures that raw material usage are being recorded under the right project and posting
To maintain raw material logistic

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Scheduling for production, preparing production schedules for manufacturing of individual and commercial products.
Efficiency planning on production process, material standardization(construction and process)
Making sure each operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
Analyzing production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine lead time and deadline
Planning and scheduling workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
Determining the status of assigned projects, expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
Monitors, analyzes & reports performance to schedule of production & material usage of production
Ensures all parties are fully aware of production status and that work planning and execution objectives are integrated & communicated.
Coordinates & expedites the placement of raw material purchase orders and/or delivery of material.
Resolves problems utilizing acquired knowledge & analytical abilities
