Job Description
Reporting to Manager, Policy Issue & NB UW Help Desk this position is responsible to conduct quality assurance for policy delivery including:
Send the policy data to vendor to be proceed and sent to the Policy Owner
Monitor the delivery status result
Work together with related parties in case of undelivered policy status

Good analytical

Qualifications
MS. Excel advance (look up and pivot function)
Moderate English
