Requirements:
Male / Female Max 35 years old
Graduated from Diploma Tourism, Bachelor Degree majoring in travel & tourism from reputable academic / university
With minimum 4 years experience in the tourism industry is a MUST
Capable of serving request for Hotel Vouchers, Domestic & International Travel Packages and Travel Documents.
Ability to use Abacus reservation system
Ability to communicate effectively, both in oral and written English
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skill.
Good team management with pleasant personality and monitoring day to day operational corporate call center.
Dynamic, flexible, with the can-do attitude.
Able to work under pressure; responsible and service-minded
