Office Administrator – Enviro Solutions & Consulting – DKI Jakarta

A dynamic and fast growing environmental consultancy seeks an exceptional and ambitious individual to be part of our regional growth.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Reporting to the Country Director & Senior Management you will be responsible for implementing and managing systems to improve the administrative efficiency of the company. Main duties will include managing company Project Management and CRM databases, HR matters, acts as liaison with ESC Group, auditor, tax agent, banker as well as providing general administrative support. Other duties include coordination of travel and hotel arrangements, management of senior managers’ calendars, meetings and appointments, monitoring and filing of company reports and documents.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an Office Administrator, Accountant or in a similar role.
Well organized, disciplined and structured working style.
Strong planning and organizational attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Able to interact with people from a wide variety of educational, occupational, and ethnic backgrounds
Professional image.
Advanced MS Office skills especially MS Word, Excel & Power point.
IT competency is an added advantage.
Must have initiative and commitment to complete tasks as assigned.
