Job Description
This program is spesific aimed to project trainee to the position of Workshop Supervisor at Astra International – Daihatsu Sales Operation in one year.
– Workshop Supervisor is leader positions in our branch. They responsible for workshop operational.
– In one year, trainee will participate on the job training as service advisor and mechanic team leader for the first term and as acting workshop supervisor for the second term.
– Trainee also will join in class training and assigned an improvement project.

Requirements
– Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Automotive), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent with minimum GPA of 3.00
– Ambitious, high eagerness to learn
– Excellent communication skil
– Enjoy working in workshop environment
– Having passion in Automotive industry
– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
– Willing to be placed in all region
