Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in the field of Marie, Fisheries, Economic Management or those who have 5 years of work experience in leading a team of regional planning programs, or community assistance.
Possess excellent communication skill and able to take initiative in cooperation with local governments and communities.
Have a good skills in lobbying and negotiations.
Able to facilitate meetings, workshops and meetings with stakeholders in the program location.
Familiar with computer applications (Microsoft Office), email and social media.
Able to make a report in accordance with the rules.
