Minimum Requirements
At least 10 years experience in warehousing & distribution operations.
Able to speak conversational English aside from native Bahasa Indonesia.
Good moral character and must be willing to work extended working hours, as needed.
Working knowledge of SAP as well as basic MS Office tools to be able to prepare reports.
Job Requirements
Supervise the daily 3PL operations in Indonesia by effectively coordinating & communicating the Business requirements to 3PL personnel to attain efficient and cost effective operations.
Assist the Supply Chain Lead in formulating strategies to achieve efficient and cost-effective 3PL operations by submitting various reports that provide full visibility on 3PL operations.
Guide the 3PL’s preparation of the daily Load Plan to ensure that all SAP DN’s are loaded for delivery based on the committed lead times.
Provide timely & responsive feedback to CS and to Sales on the delivery status of orders.
Ensures the achievement of high IRA (inventory records accuracy) in warehouse stock management by supervising the conduct of regular cycle counts by 3PL personnel as well as the weekly transaction matching between SAP and the 3PL’s WMS.
Ensures that signed POD’s are remitted by all truckers on time (based on the agreed remittance lead time per region) and effecting the appropriate disciplinary actions on erring truckers for any non-compliance.
Works with the 3PL to implement a robust POD monitoring & remittance system that ensures that Diversey Credit & Collection department receives the signed and complete POD’s on time, all the time.
Use SAP system transactions to properly execute inventory transactions related to orders created by CS.
Coordinate with logistics providers (e.g. truckers, forwarders, and Customs Brokers, etc.) on delivery updates in tandem with the 3PL.
Coordinate closely with Indonesia Customer Service (CS) as well as Sales people to ensure that the Business requirements on customer bookings are processed correctly by Warehouse to achieve minimum of 97% on time & complete (OTC) deliveries.
Conduct regular operations reviews with 3PL management to ensure that all 3PL LSA key performance indicators & contract metrics are on track and are achieved. The conduct of regular operations reviews are necessary to ensure that corrective actions can be taken if KPI’s are facing any risk of failure.
Regularly coordinate with the Supply Chain Lead to provide key logistics operations updates and to discuss plans for the early management of any potential concerns.
Work closely with the Supply Chain Lead to formulate and also execute cost-containment programs from logistics operations to help deliver the annual savings target.
