Responsibilities :
Continuously discovers new accounts and qualifies them
Develops and maintains relationships with key clients and outside contacts in order to maximize business
Regularly attends networking events and social/business gatherings
Ensures the regular use of provided tools and systems as per company guidance
Conducts sales activities, including sales calls, entertainment, sales missions, and sales trips
Respects and follows procedures, policies, and guidelines
Follows grooming standards in accordance with policies
Embraces and promotes a positive work culture
Adheres to confidentiality policies
Maintains a positive reputation internally and externally at all time
Understands the company’s brand mission and standards, and is able to interpret it into daily operational decisions
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Management or Marketing
Prior experience in a similar position
Experience in 5-star international chain hotels
Excellent English both oral and written
Familiar with sales calls, site inspection, sales reports, contract rates, target and market segments
Excellent communication and tactical skill
Computer literate
Strong leadership and a team player at the same time
Result-oriented in order to achieve targets
Able to work under pressure
