Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
Min. Associate degree from Information technology, computer science or equivalent with min. GPA 3,00
Having min. 2 years experience as an IT support
Having experience in set up, monitor and troubleshooting hardware, network and such
Good attention to detail
Good problem solving skills
Good english both oral and written
