INSPECTION COORDINATION EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day client bookings and enquiries.
Coordinate all activities between clients, TUV SUD global offices, local vendors and suppliers.
Review and clarify client’s specification and requirements prior to inspection.
Check inspection report accuracy.
Consolidate, review and submit all relevant reports to TUV SUD global offices or clients.
Verify inspection result with inspection coordinator and office manager.
Update inspection data regularly for data-mining for clients.
Maintain office files, including inspection reports and up-to-date protocols and procedures.
Prepare weekly/monthly inspection summary and billing summary.

Key Requirements:

Possess strong work ethics and customer service skills.
Good knowledge on garment production process
MUST HAVE minimum 2 years related experience in a garment factory, preferable from buying office/inspection agency.
Good written and spoken English, and good communication skill in reporting and presentation.
Attention to details and processes.
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Posses a Diploma or University Degree preferable from textile background
Good in computer skills, including Microsoft Words and Excel.
