Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in relevant qualification within a commercial environment as Senior HR Professional
Experience in maagerial level of > 5 years
Experience in working with European MNC’s is preferable
Fluent in English and computer literate
Highly organized and ability to work under pressure whilst managing multiple demands
Excellent communicator & influencer
SAP Knowledge and experience of web tools is an asset
Understand local law and regulations to deal with the issues related to low and non-performers
Understand of cempetence development in leadership competency, sales competency, technical competency
Experience in handling performance management, the usage of tools and system to help set right targets, review and reward standardization
Experience in recruitment activities including school campus branding campaign and strong interview skills to select right candidates
