Requirements:

Male / Female, min 40 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field disciplines
Min. 4 years (No. 1) and 3 years (No. 2) experience in the same position
Strong communication skill & leadership at any levels
Good knowledge of Labor & common workforce law & regulations
Strong negotiation and problem solving
Good command of written and spoken English
Available to start working immediately
Working location : Ungaran – Semarang
