Wanita, Pendidikan minimal S1
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun
Menguasai pengelolaan operasional kantor
Menguasai UU Tenaga Kerja, Payroll, Jamsostek, Asuransi dan Pajak PPh 21
Menguasai program pengembangan SDM
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang baik
Memiliki kemampuan logis, analisis, konseptual dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
