Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. This position plans, directs, and coordinates human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, payroll, recruitment, personnel policies, training development, develop performance management system and regulatory compliance
Manage relation and general affair activities
To implement and manage the Industrial Relationship at the company efficiently
Manage and control Company assets, facilities, services and day to day office operations. (Apartment, Office, Company car ect.)
Manage the expatriate formalities strictly including fostering good relations with relevant government agencies, such as Manpower Office, Immigration Office, Local Government, etc.
Manage the corporate legal documentation covering business licenses, reporting and registration

Requirements
Any Bachelor degree from reputable university
A minimum of 10 years of HR and GA area as Manager of Human Resources and General Affairs;
Have thorough understanding on regulations relating to HR Field and Company’s operation
Organized, analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure that daily HR & GA operations are running effectively and efficiently
Fluent in English
Desirable Character
Mature
Strong leadership skills
Easily build relationships and can communicate well with government agencies
