REPORTS TO: Chief Finance Officer
DEPARTMENT: SUPPORT
DESCRIPTION: The Manager supervises all on-going HR & GA operations within the firm, as well as general management responsibilities.
Job Descriptions:
Handling Organization Development, such as: Job Clarification, Job Description, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation
Handling Training for all the employee.
Responsibility Benefit & Compensation, such as: Payroll, Overtime, Health Insurance, Jamsostek, BPJS..
Responsible for Performance Appraisal for all of the employees.
Handling Industrial Relation Affair (Disnaker DKI Jakarta, Police, BKPM, Dirjen Imigrasi).
Handling Personnel Administration for all employees such as: prepare contract letter, warning letter, KITAS, etc.
Process Recruitment new employee: permanent, contract and outsourcing.
Supporting and backup Project Admin on Site.
Handling Outsource for Employee, security & cleaning, GA Affairs, such as: Security, Building Maintenance, Transportation, Stationery, Apartment, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
A university degree (S1-GPA >3.00) in S1 Business Law / Civil Law/ Psychology and preferable an advanced degree (S2-GPA>3.00) in Business Law / Civil Law/ Psychology.
Minimum seven years’ experience as HR & GA Manager in manufacture & trading companies (MNC).
Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures, Grading System & Development.
Ability to create reports and data on MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Good Attitude, Good Personality, High Dedicated, communication skills & Fully Responsible.
Ability to work both individually and team
Able to work under pressure.
Professional certification highly desirable.
Living in Bintaro area, BSD, West Jakarta, South Jakarta
Daily English conversation.
